St. Anton boasts 85 lifts and
276 kilometres of ski slopes
specifically catered for all abilities;
beginner, intermediate and advanced.
A choice of deep-snow backcountry terrain,
snowboard fun parks, various carving
areas, permanent racing circuits as well
as numerous cosy alpine restaurants and
snow bars, offer superb variety.
St. Anton holds the crown of "Europe’s
liveliest ski resort" and calls
itself a Weltdorf, or "World Village." Not
surprisingly, the resort has a genuine,
international outlook and feel.
St. Anton’s skiing and snowboarding
are legendary, attracting winter sports
fans from all over the world. The resort
is lift linked to St. Christoph, where
the snow is ski-able into May, and it
is also on the same pass as Lech and
Zürs. The vast ski area includes
many spine tingling off-piste descents
and over 160 kilometres of
off-piste, un-groomed routes.
To complete the experience, St Anton’s
nightlife is hard to beat. Be sure to
check out the infamous Krazy Kangaruh
bar from which exuberant skiers jump
off the deck at the end of the day.
